Terms

These terms govern your use of lightdancepro.com and any purchase of LDP products or services. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Standard tier products: prices shown in USD, exclude shipping and import duties. Made-to-order products ship within the stated lead time (typically 15–45 days). Custom Enterprise / Mid Pro production is governed by a separate contract.

Warranty

All LDP products carry a 90-day defect warranty from delivery. Enterprise Pro engagements include extended Shared Responsibility SLA per contract. Damage from misuse, water immersion beyond rated levels, or unauthorized modification voids warranty.

Returns

Standard tier products are returnable within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order and custom production are non-returnable except for manufacturing defect.

Liability

Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question. We carry production insurance for Enterprise Pro engagements as specified per contract.
