Step 1: Design in Canva
Step 1.1 : Open Canva & Set Up Dimensions

Create a new design with 530×380 pixels to match the 53×38 pixel resolution of your LED Flag lights.

Choose Background Music (No Copyright)

Add & Edit Contents

Step 1.2 : Designing Animated Words:

Type the message or phrase to display on your Vision Flag

Choose fonts, animate text, and add transitions for a professional look

Download all the animated designs in .Mp4 file

Step 1.3 : Designing Animated Images:

Find any images (e.g., dog, banana) via Google
-
Use Remove.bg to remove unwanted backgrounds

Resize images to fit the LED Vision Flag ratio (530×380)

Apply white/black backgrounds if needed for clarity in Vixen

Step 1.4 : Resize Videos to LED Flag Size:

Download any videos from YouTube using a free tool like Cnvmp3.com/v25

Upload & resize to fit the Flag Vision ratio
Step 1.5 : Download Your Creations

Export text animations as MP4 files
-
Save images in JPG/PNG (white or black backgrounds)

Keep your videos in a format compatible with Vixen (.Mp4)

Step 2: Setting Up Vixen for Animation
Step 2.1 : Create A New Sequence
- Open Vixen and load the LED Flag preview (included with your Light Dance Pro product).
- For this demo, we assume just one Vision Flag is active.

Step 2.2 : Upload Music Track

- Upload the music from Step 1 into your sequence.
- Use Marks to align beats and transitions for perfect timing.

Step 2.3 : Add Images
- Drag the “Picture” effect onto your LED Flag track.
- Under String Setup → Location , select the correct preview zone.
- Under Configuration → Picture Source , choose File and upload the dog/banana images.
- Check “Stretch to Grid” to match the flag’s dimensions.

Step 2.4 : Add Videos
- Drag the “Video” effect onto the same LED Flag track.
- Under String Setup → Location , pick the correct zone again.
- Configure Video Source → File and upload your chosen clip(s).
- If needed, select Color to adjust colorization (e.g., turn white to red).
- Again, check “Stretch to Grid” for a perfect fit.

Step 2.5 : Fine-Tune Timing & Speed
- Arrange images and videos along the timeline so they sync with your music.

Step 3: Exporting the Vixen Sequence
Step 3.1 : Export the Sequence

- Go to Sequence → Export , keep default settings, then click Start.
- This generates a CSV file.

Step 3.2 : Using CSV to LED Converter (Provided by Light Dance Pro)
- Click ADD to finalize your Flag Vision program.Click ADD to finalize your Flag Vision program.
- Open csvToLED and select the exported CSV.
- Save the output as a “.LED” file.

- Adjust the fields:
- Music No. = 1
- Project Name (any descriptive label)
- No. of Device: ’ 1 ’ to ’ 1 ’ (If you have 5 flags, set 1 to 5.)
- Total channel: For 1 flag, 6042 channels (For 5 flags, multiply by 5 = 30210 channels.)
Step 4: Transfer Files to Your Memory (SD) Card

Copy the “.LED” file to your SD card, insert it into the LDP LED Controller.

Naming Convention
- Example: S1_20250618 LED Flag V1_D1
- This includes music number (S1), date, version, and device number (D1).

Channel Configuration Check
- Ensure the channel counts match your flag hardware (Each Flag = 6042)
- Insert into LDP LED Controller
Step 5: LED Control Software Setup

Step 5.1 : Connect Your Wireless System
- Connect Wifi named “Pixel AP”
Step 5.2 : Open “Main” Control Software (Provided by Light Dance Pro)
- Interface may be different but functions are similar across versions.
Step 5.3 : Configuration of the Controlling Software

Music No. = 1

Music Name = your chosen file name

Music Length = e.g., 60 seconds
-
No. of Checkpoints = 1 (or more if you need more cue points)
-
Program start time code (e.g., 4.24s)
-
Confirm your LED Flag lights controller is connected (Check your controller ID)

Hit Play (When the music hits 4.24s, click Play to trigger the Vision Flag effect in real-time)
